We will provide you with a customized meal plan based on your actual “resting metabolic rate”.

Because on-going support and accountability are essential, each week you will provide your weight management consultant with a food journal documenting your daily food intake.

Our customized diet and nutrition program provides our clients with the following benefits:

  • Analysis of your current eating habits.
  • Identification of shortfalls or excess consumption as well as any deficiencies in vitamins and minerals.
  • Weekly meal plan and grocery list, which allows you to purchase your food from a grocery store and prepare it at home
  • This program does not require you to buy expensive, pre-packaged meals.
  • A computerized or written food journal will make it easy to track your progress.
  • Accountability, encouragement and support is provided from your consultant upon regular evaluation of your food journal.
